Most recent Food and Health Survey, 80% of respondents were puzzled by conflicting information about food and nutrition. This Project to need to design for a service called Eat Well where customers send in a blood sample, record basic information about themselves, and service recommends recipes and diet changes to improve health and cognitive ability based on the output from Eat Well’s AI.

Design Process
Market Landscape
- Consumers have become more focused on health and weight management, thus seeking viable solutions through personalized approach.
- As a result, functional food products are gradually gaining prominence and becoming an integral part of a consumer's daily diet.
Competitive Analysis
Along with user research, I conducted competitive and market research to identify current design patterns and conventions. I reviewed the web pages of these companies, and reviewed the investigation methods, recommendation information from various perspectives.
User research
I conducted 4 virtual interviews with target user group, which allows me to go deeper to understand their personal thoughts. I aim to research common problems and the way they seek for help or information.
Analyze

The next step was to review and sort my insights. First, I used affinity mapping to identify common pain points.

Learn from the project
The Design Challenge allowed me to learn a lot from researching and conducting user interviews on the newly growing market.
For the next step, I would like to update the information recommended by AI to the users in a more friendly manner. I could deliver a more exciting user experience if I organized the screen and texting as if eatWell AI were a friend who cares about my health like a friend. I’m really happy to carry out an exciting task.
